The PPP concept has become increasingly popular recently. As a result, a great number of questionable “experts” have started to share their opinions and to provide “excellent” services on subjects where the experience in Bulgaria is limited and people can be easily misguided. That is why we decided to share our knowledge on PPP projects and their difference from the projects financed through EU funds.
